Line Capacity

  • 42 bars with continuous loading and unloading.
  • Each load bar can handle a part 28' long, 10' high, and 4' wide with a maximum capacity of 5,000 lbs per bar.
  • The line continuously travels at 3 feet per minute.

Shot Blaster

  • Pangborn shot blaster wheels driven by sixteen (16) 15-hp motors

6 Stage Pre-Treat

  • 3,000 gal. tank - alkaline cleaner sprayed at 120 degrees
  • Water rinse
  • 1,500 gal. tank - Iron Phosphate spray rinse
  • Water rinse
  • Seal rinse
  • Deionized halo

Spray Booth

  • 10 automated spray heads
  • 2 manual touch up operators on elevators

Curing Oven

  • 11 million BTU
  • Combination flameless infrared / convection oven
  • 90 feet long
