Becoming a Supplier
The purchasing objective of Landoll Corporation is to locate and develop quality sources of supply. Our experience has proven that starting with a solid business partnership with our suppliers is key in achieving this objective.
In order to become a supplier of Landoll Corporation, we require that the following forms be submitted. These forms allow Landoll Corporation to fully evaluate each supplier and provide the necessary information required to do business.
- Supplier General Information
- Declaration of Confidentiality
- General Terms of Delivery
- Supplier Terms of Warranty Statement
It is important that these forms are submitted complete. Any delays in submitting these forms will stop the vendor approval process. After review and acceptance of these forms by Landoll Corporation, the appropriate contact will notify you of your approval status.
All forms are available in pdf format and located under the “Forms” tab on the left of this page. To expedite this process, you can fill out the web based Supplier General Information below and submit a Declaration of Confidentiality and Supplier Terms of Warranty Statement.
Return these forms to your Landoll Corporation Purchasing contact via fax or e-mail. If you have not made initial contact, please submit forms to one of the purchasing clerks and it will be forwarded to the appropriate buyer. All contact information is located under the “Contacts” tab.
